Deadpool: Samurai

I'm appalled on how the author perfectly captured Deadpool's character in writing this one-shot, starting from his way of thinking, his choice of words, up to his actions. It's like Stan Lee decided leave heaven for a little bit to pass his talent to the author of this manga.

It's an understatement to say that the author had an idea of Deadpool's personality, because it seems to me that he truly understood how Deadpool is meant to be written. Every page is a guaranteed laugh, or should I say, entertaining. The art is magnificent and the atmosphere, considering the event happened somewhere in Edo period, encapsulates the overall setting of the story.

The character of course, our friendly neighborhood Spi- Deadpool, always have tricks hidden in his sleeve and is unpredictable in nature.

Overall, I truly enjoyed this piece of art, and I've liked how the author managed to still insert at least a little bit of philosophy somewhere in the road. Plus this manga is basically a sequel to the credits of the last Deadpool film.

I think this manga deserves the recognition it deserves, and I believe Marvel fans would truly enjoy this short read.

the actuall story is really basic but the humour in it is incredible i never seen two pretty best fre... ahh i mean i never seen a gag manga with such good art and it reallly did get me laughing at the point of crying haha and we can not forget about the collaboration of the popular marvel and the beautiful Shonen Jump irecommend you reading it's just 1 chapter 37 pages personnally i would've prefer seiing it as a real manga gag series but it is what it is i really recommend you reading it because it's really good funny and well drawn like give it a try why not

Shonen Jump has done an official collaboration with Marvel, and brought Deadpool to Japan! In proper fashion if I may add, throw in knock-off Spiderman, special Marvel appearances, and you'll have yourselves a regular good old time.
At no point does this disappoint, aside from being way too short.

Story: 7/10
The story is strong/weak at the same time, it's nothing you need to take serious, but it has that western touch of great comedy, action, and snipping. You have the best of both worlds, manga-drawn "hero" Deadpool, with his American-style personality intact. It's not a ton of story yet but it seems to be building up into something fun and adventurous.

Art: 9/10
The art is amazing, I felt like I'd never get to see a Super-Hero comic, drawn like an anime, but here we are. I've always wanted to read Deadpool like this.

Character: 10/10
How can you not give this a 10, he's a joy to read, his antics, and 4th wall-breaking is astounding and perfect in every way. In no way did the MarvelxShonen take apart our beloved character and water him down. You want censor-jokes? Gross Humor? Gags-galore? Self-Awareness to the max? It's all still here in droves. Maybe... Too much?

I'm going to read every issue that comes out, with a smile on my face. I hope you all enjoy it too
