Summary
A man was about to commit suicide and decides to search for a way to die in the internet, but then he found an odd site that asked a lot of questions and had a point based system that allows you to create skills and abilities for a character. He took interest in it and when he finished setting his character he was asked "You will now be transported to a world with the settings you choose, coming back is not possible, do you still accept." Then, without thinking much of it, he pressed "YES," and he found himself in another world with the skills and abilities he choose to have.

"ONE OF THE BEST MANGA OUT THERE"

STORY (10/10) (Minor Spoiler)

The story is wonderful. It doesn't rush to get to the point; It takes its time. The skills and other stuff (world building) are also explained in detail. MC's free citizen class was not explained in the manga.

ART (10/10)

The art is splendid. I don't know how the artist agreed to do draw this manga, but I am glad that he did (Really). The art makes the story more interesting and more captivating. Compare it to the art used in the light novel poster and you will get it.

'This splendid art makes the story more captivating'.

CHARACTER (10/10)

I like the characters in this manga very much.

The main character in this story is not your average 'MC'. The main character is intelligent, likeable and if he has to kill another person he will kill and moreover he knows that he likes Roxanne. They are like the #1 happiest couple (at least in my opinion). Watching them makes my heart happy.

For a harem manga it sure took its time to introduce the second female member.

ENJOYMENT (10/10)

I recommend you to read this manga. Give it a try and you will come to love it.

Hoping this manga gets an official English adaptation.

Edit: The light novel got an anime adaptation.

Looking forward to the anime adaptation.
Hoping it would get adapted by a good studio and maintains the slow, Slice of Life pace.
Hoping the studio would use the character art of manga.
Hoping the studio would hire good staff and don't compromise too much on the budget.
Also hoping that the anime would get multiple seasons.

P.S. The web novel version of this manga was serialized in Shōsetsuka ni Narō from 2011 to 2019. Shield hero and many other Isekai harem series were serialized after, so don't call 'Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo' a copy of other series.

Slice of life meets Ieskai

When I started reading I admit that it seemed a bit dull, however halfway though I changed how I approached the story. I started thinking of it as a Slice of life that just so happens to use Isekai as its backdrop. There are a few anime/manga that have used this idea before, while I have not consumed any of them I can say that this is its own experience.

Story/characters - I don’t know why but I really like them
The main character is not the spineless, hapless lout we’ve all but gotten used to at this point. For once I found myself going “why was this guy a “loser” in the “real world”?” He can cook, is hard working, fairly intelligent, and not ugly. Isekai is getting to a point where it expects you to know what’s going on and doesn’t spend any time adapting the characters to their new environment. De Harem takes more time than most do at this point to acclimate to the new world, which some will not be up for at this point. Close to ieskai’ed out you might not want the super hero “origin story” any more and wish it would just get to the point. That however is the catch, there is no point, no demon lord no epic quest, no kingdom or princess to save, mostly he just farms in a dungeon that literally never ends (everything re-spawns like a video game). Though much like another light edgy anime, he does acquire a slave:
That character is Roxanne, and she is so well drawn and cute, and is even written fairly well. Plucky, energetic and cute but somehow also makes her reserved, refined and knowledgeable. I actually quite like the writing for this character, she plays off the main character really well and almost makes me wish it were a soft-core hentai so more people would get into it.
There is no story, as of the last chapter I read, it’s just these two characters living like newlyweds.

Art - Who is this guy and how did they get him/her to draw this softcore hentai?
It’s gorgeous! I love the art, not only are the character designs look great but the action and paneling are spot on to show action or,,, other events. It's consistent, and alluring, it has soft shading that does an awesome impression of “lighting” all in black and white! The art is really beautiful, I’m not going to be as hyperbolic to say something like “best everah” but it looks very good and very much enhances the reading experience.

Overall/ Enjoyment - It’s a tough call
Really there just isn’t enough out yet to make a judgment, I had a hard time in the beginning before Roxanna joins the party, and even after that it’s really slow, after accepting the slice of life ieskai idea I really started enjoying myself much more and have high hopes for its future. However that future is yet to be seen, I hope to find out soon and pop back into this review and fill it out a little more. Until then thanks for reading!

Big soft dog tits.

Quintessential wish fulfillment reading for people who don't think they're too good for ecchi isekai. If you've ever thought that the line between ecchi manga and hentai doujins is too strict, and not enough proper stories include the bonking regardless of how well it'd fit, or half ass it when they do, this is the thing for you.

This manga does everything one would expect from "isekai". It doesn't have many, if any things other series wouldn't have, but what it shines in is the execution of concepts most people are already well acquainted with.

The artist of the series, Hyouju Issei, had his hand in drawing eromanga before, but this manga is without a doubt his best work so far. Both lewds and aside all the ero. I've never seen a girl look this soft on a piece of paper, nor have I ever been this engaged by infographics explaining the most mundane LitRPG mechanics. While the content was enjoyable enough for me to read through in a novel format, it is absolutely amazing when illustrated by this god amongst men.

Everything is delivered perfectly. The dungeon system is one of the most intricate in Japanese LitRPG, and its implementation functions as a solid core to the series. The combat within the dungeon gives off an air of intimidation at the start, although later on, it becomes a past-time for the crew, and acts as a carrier for general interaction. The dynamic combat shots really bring the dungeon to life, and even when the stakes lower, it's still a joy to read.

Now while it might be awkward if not downright disgusting to some, I think the slave dynamic in Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo is fucking great. Well, the novel was originally 'Save Harem' instead of just 'Harem' before being serialized. Would be a shame if it didn't. All the "Sasuga" and "It's because it's master!" aside, Michio, against all that you'd expect, is a responsible owner and Roxanne is not only loyal, but adjusts well to the relationship as well. The eventual shift from both sides, from buying a slave because you're horny as fuck and wanted to fuck a cute beastgirl, and from showing obligatory signs of affection as you were instructed before being sold off as a slave, to genuine devotion towards each other. It's honestly a bit twisted, but rather than relying on Stockholm Syndrome shenanigans like most other isekai of the sort, it just feels right this time around.

There's still 3 more girls to be introduced as of writing the review, and the 2nd girl has barely had any time in the spotlight yet. All of the girls only get better with time in the novel, and if the manga keeps going as it has been so far, the series is set for a damn good lineup.

The series takes things easy and takes its time. Nothing feels rushed. It's such an enjoyable read. While I'd be lying if I said the lewds didn't make me biased, when they're drawn this fucking well, I'd say that's well deserved. An unashamed 10 out of 10. In every aspect.
