I will be concise. This review is based on the manga till the end of volume 3.

Shingeki no Kyojin is a unique manga, in that it is bears more of a resemblance to Western fiction than to Japanese fiction. In some ways, it is similar to Gantz, but overall it borrows heavily from western steampunk and fantasy novels.

STORY: 9/10
Even though I'm only 3 volumes in, it is apparent that the story has immense potential.
The immense world around the small area in which the story is set is shrouded in mystery. Absolutely nothing can be guessed about it at this point. In the future, the manga will most probably involve revelations and discoveries about this world.
Incidents in the protagonists' past are being gradually revealed. The main character seems to have some form of memory loss. While this may seem cliché, so far it has being handled well.
The author appears to have an extensive understanding of the world he has created, in the vein of JRR Tolkien's Middle Earth.
In addition, the steampunk technology used is fairly believable, and even explained at the end of chapters.
I must confess the revelation of the main character's power took me completely by surprise. This leads me to believe that the author will handle plot twists very well.

ART: 7.5/10
The art, while not bad by any means, has a tendency to be slightly rough. It is completely hand drawn. The illustrations of the giants are quite impressive, and character design is unique. Backgrounds are some times less detailed, while distant shots of characters tend to be "derpy". None of this takes away from enjoyment.
Note that the art has steadily improved through the chapters.

CHARACTERS: 8.5/10
There is a multitude of characters besides the protagonists that may be important later on.
Character emotions are handled quite well and are very believable.
The main characters all have rather engaging, if somewhat cliché personalities.
So far, there hasn't been too much character development, but this far in, that is only to be expected.

ENJOYMENT: 10/10
Action scenes well done and never seem drawn-out. There is a fairly large amount of blood and gore. Story pacing is excellent. Never a boring moment.

OVERALL: 9/10
This is definitely one for the long run.

Overall: You should read it if you a sucker for such slice of life genre tragic/sad love stories. It reminds me of that American movie, "50 First Dates" and also the Korean Movie, "A Moment to Remember". If you like those, you would love this manga.

Story: It's amazing how you were taken in by situations that happened and not realize the significance of it until it was mentioned later on in the story. It had a wow effect on me as it also broke news about the character which shocked me. Great way of presenting information and keeping the reader craving for more.

Art: It is quality art work that's typical of manga from this period. Not many typical poses that showed off the beauty of the characters. They didn't sell sex (aka sex appeal is not that high) but it's really great at portraying scenes as needed by the story.

Character: Somehow I could understand the feelings of the character through how they were portrayed. You can understand that because of the character type of the female lead, that she would fall for the guy. How the guy would fall for the female lead because of her character too. Not amazing characters but they are interesting enough to sustain interest.

Enjoyment: Somehow each chapter kept me hungry for more to find out what's going to happen next. This story made me feel the pain/aches of being in such a realistic relationship. I seriously couldn't wait to finish the whole story in one go.

This is probably the most based manga I have ever read, and I love it! The story is about the revenge of someone who got abused badly in the his past. Instead of pushing ideals like friendship and mercy this manga pulls no punches. It has lots of edgy stuff that felt like a breath of fresh air from the typical shounen mc we see almost everywhere in the medium. The mc is pretty sadistic.

This manga is a boarderline hentai in terms of content, and is very fun. Most other characters are kind of generic despicable characters which is one flaw though it is used for satisfying moments when they are thwarted. The art covers are awsome! The actual manga art gets a 8/10 from me.

I enjoyed this manga a ton so far! If you are looking for a edgy revenge story that is just awsome definitely pick this up. It stands out in the medium due to the mcs personality, and content that most manga publishers would not touch with a ten foot pole. It is one of the most interesting power fantasy stories I have read so far!

I know few titles of this author and his mangas are unique, a bold statement to the japanese mangaka scene but likes to show us a lot of UFO<->Sci-fi + horror and physcology of humans (not the best part of it mostly our weakest and shamefullest sides)
So when reading his mangas you should take note that this is not your daily manga but a unique one, yet Gantz and Inuyashiki share A LOT with Gigant they like copy-paste genre and world setting wise.

Story 6/10

Story wise i like it truly i do but this score is because this author doesn't change his pattern (at least with 2 more titles). If you had a chance to read Gantz or/and Inuyashiki you will know where and how the story will develop (how will characters develop).
Story is a mix of absurdity, insanity, reality and fiction. This author tends to show us the dark side of humanity the vulgarity and cause and effect of media and internet anonymity to the reader, after reading this you might get an idea how exactly media and internet is a double edged sword.
Story progression here is well.... rushed at some points whilst i like mature content but not a rushed one, opposite of this is romcom where mature content is non-existent or where 1st base is your reward for reading over 100 chapters. Story progresses here is with amazing leaps only some pit stops along the way.

If you want to read something normal well you should forget about it from the story plot to the characters we will see lunatics and lunatism everywhere - UFO, Naked streaking actors, Super AI, Giant AV actres (50m and up i think), almost naked heroes who wear underwear and a helmet, vulgarity, broken people, magic people and etc.

Art 7/10

Some people might dislike it but i like it, background photo/computer rendered is much better than what you can see when everything is drawn but mangaka slacks on some background and or expressions and it becomes a total disaster in the end this, photo/computer rendering felt for me real and immersive i could empathize more clearly though while reading through tablet all seemed ok on the bigger screen it might scare you off (drawn characters on realistic background). Characters themselves seemed likeable (while some people were made ugly on purpose)
As for panel it seemed ok as for speech bubbles well a few confusing moments.

Characters 6/10

Well here we see author's bias towards people them being evil or at least disrespectful towards others (especially while anonymous, well here i actually might agree with author). Characters at least main ones are flawed (we all are but they are phycologist "dream" patients). A lot of mental moments especially Male lead ticked me off a few times being 16y old acting like he was acting in some situations but that might be just my personal dislike and disbelieve that 16y would act in such a manner but considering that this author likes to add crazy sprinkles on everything my dislike might be objective in that matter.
Character progression well it is astronomical well more like astrological you get to see characters change in matter of few days.
Supporting character actually exist but to this day they are simply to fill the hole i don't see them impacting the story simply drifting with it as for one-time characters they are actually the ones that impacted the story but after impact they disappear or return to the shadow world.
All in all characters were made with thought of them being human which is good but the biggest con is author's to make everyone just a bit crazy and prone to drama.

Enjoyment 7/10

This manga ticked me off a few times, few times it made my brain question what i'm reading but all in all i enjoyed it and read it in a few hours without much bitter sweetness (more pros than cons). Easy to read but damn it is hard to wrap your head around what author has in his mind, while reading this it felt like i'm in a head of mental patient.

Overall I enjoyed it, but i liked Gantz series and it is unique in a way especially while most mangakas follow the trends this author has his own world view (Isekai ? F no mental institution bro! Romcom harem? F no rape attempts and vulgarity to the max).
I advise to read it if you are sick of normal if you want to become schizophrenic for a moment if you want Male Lead to cover all the bases and if you want some drama otherwise turn back fellow human being this is not for your teeth!

16y high school boy with aspiration of becoming a movie director who is a major crybaby (crying constantly even in absurd situations) and 24y old av actress with problems (she needs people to need her to a degree where it is blatantly obvious she is surrounded by toxic people while ignoring it because of her love for needy. Somehow it happens that after some drama he asks her to date her she politely rejected him then he abruptly starts to scream or cry until she agrees (like wtf>?!). Well after some major cringely moments we see some normal romance i guess but the romantic start was bumpy and hellishly artificial ohhh forgot to tell you there was an old creep with a helmet and underwear strolling through Tokyo then he was struck by a car gave a watch to Female lead and bam she can become big as godzilla (she is naked). Also we have an super AI that generates humanity's wishes through the webpage (always dark wishes simply because humans are scum i guess) and due to that or 50m AV actress has some classical giantXgiant fight................and a lot more crazy stuff stay tuned

De los pocos juegos del género battle royale que a día de hoy siguen siendo divertidos. Además, desde que está en Steam se nota que el número de jugadores ha aumentado, y eso siempre es de agradecer.

Llevaba mucho tiempo sin jugarlo y para mi sorpresa ahora también hay un modo duo Q, que es algo muy a su favor.

Es un FPS battle royale rápido, divertido y dinámico, con gran variedad de armas y accesorios y muchos personajes diferentes para escoger, cada uno con habilidades únicas.

Si te gustan los battle royale, te animo a probarlo porque seguro que no te decepciona.

Disney has Kingdom Hearts and W.I.T.C.H. wich are both great series, but that's as close to the world of Manga they should've gotten, and High School Musical: The Manga proves it.

It's an overused load of BS story that was already a corporately-whored out ripoff of another series (Grease, wich was GREAT) that tells the tale of a bunch of fairytale endings in High School. I'm gonna put this out now by saying that I'm in High School right now, and it's NOTHING like this BS. Hell, Rosario+Vampire is a more accurate depiction of High School life than this load of crap is.

I'll be fair though, it was drawn fairly decently. It doesn't make up for the fact that it's unreadable, though.

If you somehow find this on your shelf, you'dve better have gotten it on a bet, because otherwise you completely fail at all types of life. I wouldn't even torture your poor computer through reading it or downloading it online. It's that bad.

[A Shitty Version of Love Hina]

Inaba Rabbits is similar to Love Hina, in terms of its premise, however its execution and delivery is sorely lacking. In fact, upon reading the first chapter, everyone will realize how predicable, simple, and unexciting this manga really is.

STORY:

Ookuni Kenichi made a childhood promise to an unknown girl promising that they will both become shrine maidens to the Inaba Shrine, and ‘tie everyone’s fate’ and make everyone happy. Years later, he returns to Inaba Shrine to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps, i.e. to become a head priest, and to have a reunion with that promised girl. Unfortunately, he doesn’t remember her name or appearance. Upon entering Inaba Shrine, he realizes it has become a girls’ residence hall, housing four beautiful sisters. Kenichi, determined and persistence, must figure out if one of those four girls is his promised girl. Will Kenichi find his promised girl? Well, you will have to read it to find out.

If anybody has read Love Hina, they will immediately recognize that this premise and its first chapter are very similar, except for three differences: 1) the main character and the girls are in high school, 2) the girls can transform into bunnies by spouting only bunny ears, and 3) this manga focuses more on the "ecchi” and cliche content, dull fight scenes, and the girls’ interactions with one another than story progression.

Luckily, this manga has only ten chapters and can easily be summarized. The first chapter is your typical "get in trouble with all the girls” scenario, due to accidents and misunderstandings. By next chapter, everything is resolved and all the girls, except Uzuki, like him because he’s the next head priest, and has money and a stable job. Then the remaining chapters involve stupid, ecchi situations that Kenichi ends up in, and a “huge” dramatic finale that is resolved abruptly and predictably. The conclusion of this manga is inconclusive, resulting in many questions left unanswered. Overall, the story is cliched, short, and subpar.

CHARACTERS:

The characters are literally walking cardboard cutouts of anime archetypes:
– Ookuni Kenichi is a kind and caring person with a pure honest dream. He is serious in his training to be a priest, and wants the shrine to run correctly.
– Matsuri, second oldest, is a money grubber and will do anything to get it. She sometimes acts like a delinquent and her weapon of choice is the bow and arrow.
– Jun is the youngest of the four girls, and relies on other people to do other tasks. Her weapons are japanese bells.
– Shigure, the oldest sister, likes using chemicals and spiritual items as her weapons. She likes to play tricks on Kenichi and others, causing lots of mischief.
– Uzuki is a tsundere, and is the most serious when it comes to running the shrine correctly. Her weapon is a katana.

Overall, there is barely any character development, besides Uzuki, and no emotional build-up, so that we, as the reader, can relate or connect with.

ART:

This is where the manga really shines. The art is good, like the clothe and character design, and facial expressions, and very detailed, like certain background scenes and how the clothes appear. The female characters are drawn to be very cute, sexy, and beautiful, while the main male character looks very generic, i.e. short black hair, looks like a high schooler, and gets flustered a lot. The fight scenes, while short and boring, are also well drawn with lots of detail. Overall, the art is good.

ENJOYMENT:

I didn’t really enjoy this manga as the story was too short and too cliched, and the characters were one-dimensional as they lacked proper development. It’s best to just enjoy the art and forget the story and characters.

What happens when all you did was save humanity but was branded a traitor for that,had your powers sealed away,and was hated by everyone on the planet?What happens when you were just 12 years old when this happened to you?

Story-I got to say,the story was intriguing.With only 8 chapters and being an adaptation of the light novel,this one does an awesome job of getting you hooked and wanting more(thus taking you to the light novel).Our MC once saved the world but as thanks he was branded a traitor and ostracized.His only companion is now a little girl that is literally his "sword and shield".Then he gets a request to join a school by one of the few people on earth who still trusts him reluctantly he agrees to stay for one year.What happens from then on?Read and find out.
Art-The art was crisp and clear and for the most part good.It could have used a little more detail for the demons.
Character-Again with only 8 chapters it's kinda impossible to get any real character development done.I loved the MC.A lazy,thick skinned,self-proclaimed lady killer who's powers are mostly sealed away by the world government*cough*yeah right*cough*.
Enjoyment-I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy this manga.Sure it was rushed and didn't explain much,since it was basically an ad for the light novel but the humor was definitely there.The MC is a total OP bad ass when he wants to be.Someone who is both feared and admired and is called as the Fiend Summoner.His blunt companion Bell(who's a magical artifact that can take many forms but mostly appears as a little girl) constantly criticizes both him(for his kindness) and the government for running to him for help when it suits them and throwing him away later is a comic relief.
Overall-I would say read this manga if you got some time to spare.You will like it but it will be over before you can get committed to it.

Ok, since there are no reviews for this manga, then I'm going to write one.

Oh, by the way, this review may contain spoilers, so don't read it unless you haven't read the story. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I'll start by saying that this manga, at least to me, seemed REAL. It's not complicated or confusing, but rather simple to understand. It starts with Shouko, the daughter of a famous actress, that has been out-staged by her mother all her life. At first, she is proud of her mother, but as the story goes on, she becomes jealous of her mother, as everybody that sees her only looks at her as her mother's daughter. It's just that she only realizes this after she meets Ujou, her mother's new boyfriend. Then, she started to realize just how jealous she actually is on her mother, and thus she wants to hurt her. She sleeps with Ujou, but when she sees that even this doesn't work, she plans to go into the entartaiment world as well. Simple and clear.
I've read other reviews that were dissatisfied with the ending. But hey, maybe they expected some typical shoujo happy ending, where the two protagonists get together. To be honest, I was expecting this, too. So I found the actual ending good, a bit unexpected if you want, and realistic, something that happens quite often in the real world. (I'm not talking about the girl stealing her mother's boyfriend, I'm talking about the two of them NOT getting together).

And here we are, the characters. The main ones, the girl, her mom and her boyfriend. They are all conceited and self-centered and mainly think only about their own problems. They aren't depicted as bad in the manga, and they are similar to the people from real life. For example, Shouko, the daughter. As I said, she has been out-staged all her life by her famous mother, and nobody except for her 2 friends actually saw her for who she is, but for her mother's daughter, which isn't exactly something pleasant. She only realizes that she is jealous of her mother after she meets her boyfriend, Ujou. And what does she do after that? She rebels against her mother and in order to hurt her and to win against her, she sleeps with Ujou. Then, she goes into the entartaimant industry to win against her mother on her own. I believe she does fall in love with Ujou, but she doesn't realize it. And I think that all she had done was in order to step back from her mother's shadow and shine on her own. Again, pretty simple to understand.

Now let's take Ujou. He is a cold person and a talented pianist. He doesn't particularly like playing it though, he rather does it out of obligation. He has to get his left arm stabbed in order to realize how much he actually loves playing the piano. And I don't think he loves neither Shouko or her mother. More like, he accepted to be Hisako's boy-toy out of commodity, as she was willing to pay his tutisions. As the story goes on, he starts to get annoyed by this and thus plans to hurt Hisako, using Shouko. In the end, I don't think he loves either of them, he was just causing them to quarrel, as they both loved him. He leaves in order to have his arm re-operated, but he doesn't come back afterwards. And why would he? He is just as self-centered as Shouko, actually more than her in my opinion, only caring about his arm and his piano. Yeah, I agree, in the end I think he did notice and acknowledge Shouko, but this doesn't mean he fell in love with her. So there was no reason for him to return in Japan after the operation.

And finally, Hisako, the famous actress. She was a rather good mother to Shouko, until she and Shouko met Ujou and started to quarrel, becoming aware of their most hidden feelings for each other. She doesn't want to lose to Shouko, not realizing that Skouko feels the same way, being another self-centered character. She portrays the seemingly perfect woman, beautiful, elegant and successful, but in reality she is only another ordinary woman, with worries and fears like any other's. After Ujou was out of their life, I believe that she and her daughter went back to how things used to be.

And the last character I'm gong to talk about, a supporting one this time, Miu/Umi. In my opinion, she was the only character that actually cared for other people's problems and feelings, beside her own. She was a good friend, better than how Shouko was to her. She was sexually abused by her step-father and she was maybe a lesbian. If you ask me, enough problems for somebody to get conceited and think only of herself. But no, she actually think of other people, even if her problems are maybe more serious than Shouko's, for example. She doesn't do anything to her father even if he rapes her every night or so, because she knows how happy her mother is because oh him. She prefers to endure it than to take away her mother's happiness. Also, she wants to protect Shouko from Ujou, a thing I believe it's right, since Ujou was using her (Shouko) anyway. In the end, she is able to tear them apart, which may be a good thing. I think her character is the saddest one of the manga, because she doesn't solve her problems or find happiness, like the other characters. She is unable to tell somebody of her step father, and she doesn't find happiness, even though she is the one that deserves it the most.

The art is fine, nothing special, but somehow different from the standard shoujo art. It's not the worst I've seen out there, but not the best either. The profiles of the characters could have been drown better, but aside from this, I don't have much I can complain about. The expressions and the faces were ok, you can see when the characters are surprised or sad.

In the end, this manga was a good read, for me it seemed like a touch of realism, where the characters are different from the ones usually seen in shoujo manga. They seem real, and they choices they make don't feel weird or unreal, but real, something we could also do if faced with similar situations. If you want a rather realistic manga, that has it's drama and that has a rather sad ending, not the usual happy one but one that could also in real life, then you could read this, it might open your eyes a bit that not always things go the way we want them to.

First of all, those of you who really dislike reading Shoujo Ai manga, then I suggest you do not read this because that is what Hime Koibito is, a romance story involving two girls. I personally have no problem with these kinds of things, as I will enjoy any manga of any kind as long as it is interesting. The problem is that I did not really enjoy Hime Koibito, I found it kind of plain and forgettable and I will tell you why in the following review.

The art is probably one the best thing in Hime Koibito and that doesn't say much. Anybody who has ever read a shojo manga will automatically feel at ease with this kind of drawing. It does not reinvent the wheel, but it works. Most of the panels in this one shot are centered around the character and their expression to certain news or events. Do not expect detailed background and breathtaking scenery. As a matter of fact, in more than half of the panels you will not see a background, here it is all about the main characters and what they are living.

The characters look good and their strange expression are sometime funny and really convey what the characters are feeling. Well this is only true for the main two girls in the manga, as for any other character they are often drawn with very few details and blank faces, like in most shojo manga. In short this is not an ugly manga at all, but it is not a piece of fine art either.

While the art is important and help you enjoy a manga, the story is without a doubt the most important thing in any work of fantasy. Hime Koibito's story is probably the main reason why I did not enjoy this one shot more. It is a plain romance story that is easily forgettable, as a matter of fact, I had to read it again before doing this review because I had already forgotten most of it.

It is a classic tale of a young girl in love with her sempai and a sempai who has to deal with some personal problem before she can start thinking about her underclassman. This is a formula that I have often seen and most of the time it works, but here it does not. I never found myself caring for Midori's problem or the romance between the two girls.

The conclusion makes it worse as it makes me feel like Midori did not face her problem or evolved at all, but instead got external help from Karen who by the way is the best half of this duo. Still I must admit that the fact that there is only 20 pages makes it harder to get a full-fledged story with real evolution for the story and on the character's side.

And what about the characters. Well, Hime Koibito introduce us to two girls very different from one another. The first one, Midori, is a shy girl with glasses. I personally though that this character was kind of plain and never really stood out in a way that I would like her or enjoy seeing more of her. This is not because she is shy, but rather because she is boring.

Karen on the other end is the best end of this girl duo and probably the best thing this manga has to offer. This outgoing girl manage to put a little smile on my face in this manga where most of the things happening did not really interest me. But no matter how fun Karen is, she cannot save this manga by herself.

In the end Hime Koibito is a manga that I picked up while I was looking for a quick and enjoyable romance manga, what I ended up reading was a quick trip to boredom. This is an easily forgettable manga and I'm glad that it is because this way I'll forget it faster. You can always pick up this one shot yourself and see if you might like it, but in my humble opinion this is a chapter that you should pass.
