One Piece review
This is what gets me through the week. One Piece is easily my favorite comic in the current Weekly Jump. Unlike Bleach and Naruto, this shonen comic doesn't take its self too seriously and isn't afraid to kill off a character or two.
The characters have unique personalities. strange abilities and very obvious weaknesses. This creates dynamic relationships between characters that while reading will make you feel like you are apart of the crew. Each of the story arcs are comfortably familiar to the last, but with a whole new cast of supporting characters. This keeps each adventure feeling fresh and new. The comedy is part of what makes this manga so great, a perfect blend of slapstick and manzai will keep you chuckling between the fight scenes.

One Piece review
One Piece is an outstanding manga by perhaps the greatest mangaka in Japan right now, Eiichiro Oda.
Story: 10/10 When I first checked this thing out, the story seemed immature and poorly done, not to mention far too goofy. However I was soon corrected; it's none of the above. Luffy wants to be pirate king, but his main goal isn't that at all: It's to have as many adventures as he possibly can. This is interesting, because unlike Naruto he does not wish to be the leader to get respect or anything silly like that. Luffy doesn't care about respect or appearances, which makes him a rather unique hero, even among shonen. Anyway, there are a series of shorter stories in the beginning as Luffy gathers friends (read: nakama). A swordsman, a navigator, a sharp-shooter/liar, and a chef join his crew in that order. Although others criticize him, he takes off for the grand-line with that 5-man crew of trusty but perhaps inadequate men (and woman). The grand-line is where most of the stories in One Piece actually take place. After that, a series of longer stories begin, each one with fresh and varying characters. Most have a very touching background, especially new crewmates. Art: 8/10 At first, the art may seem horrible to you, but that's only because you're used to things like Bleach and Naruto, which are much younger. As the series progresses (rather quickly) the art improves. Not much to say here. Character: 10/10 Honestly, if I could give an 11/10 here, I would have. This is Oda's specialty, which is saying a lot, given his unnaturally great talent. Not just the main characters, but even minor ones (Dalton, Red Leg Zeff, Bellemere, et cetera) are given heartwarming backstories, personalities, and emotions. Enjoyment: 10/10 It's quite enjoyable, from laughs to tears, to desperately rooting for a fight. As it keeps things fresh and interesting, you will even find yourself guessing at who the newest crewmate will be, who the main villain is, and what fruit who has. Overall: 10/10 In short, this can only be referred to as "The Big Three" with Naruto and Bleach because of length, and by no means quality.

Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria review
The novel was very captivating. I got absorbed right from the first volume. IT always keeps you guessing answers to questions like "Who is it?" "Why is he/she doing this?" "How could you possibly escape from this situation?" and so on. I know that seems like typical of mystery/thriller genre. But there is a difference. Many anime (I cant speak of many novels/manga as I haven't read that lot) may confuse you but it is rare for me to invest myself thoroughly in a series and put myself in the Protagonist's shoes and think through stuff. Only few have managed to absorb me that much.
This is one of them.
The novel is not all about thriller or mystery. It also deals with topics like human nature through its (quite eccentric) characters. While some stay true to their ideals and nature throughout the series like Maria, whereas, others grow out of their comfort-zone like Kazuki. And, this does not happen in a sudden fashion. It happens gradually and beautifully. Talking about characters, to be honest some are realistic but few like Maria are far from it. Even though I liked her, you see few people like her. But, every character was well written with some level of background and depth. You will come to like some and hate some. Another reason why I loved the novel -- I am a sucker for romance, and this novel delivered it. It is light at the beginning. But towards the end you have quite intense drama and romance involved. The last reason would be its ending. This is where most anime I have watched fail. This had a good conclusion. Even to romance. Even though, I wanted more of the novel, I was satisfied with the way it ended.

R402 review
The manga without the fan TL is terrible but the translator has done wonders with it and turned it into a comedy, it's a bit like what they done with ghost stories dub, it might be hard for some readers to understand the translation due to the use of different British dialects and slang.
All in all the story is a 2 the art is 6 and the characters is a 3 but my enjoyment reading this due to the TL is 10, in overall I will give it an 8 due to the Fan TL but without I would give it a 3.

Afuganisu-tan review
Alright, everyone! Let's gather for an important part of world history; the history of Afghanistan as we review Timaking's only known manga, Afuganisu-tan!
Story: Again, as said before, this tells a bit of history about Afghanistan. The story is slow-paced and episodic, but does its job decently. However, Timaking feels that it is necessary to add text alongside the panels. I don't actually feel that this is a good way to tell the story. Art: Adorable, adorable with moe written all over it. It's average, though, but does its job well. Character: The story is told with Afuganisu-tan's eyes. There is your naive youngster named Afuganisu-tan, a boastful one named Pakis-tan, and other excellent characters. The characters feel undeveloped after completion, but this is no surprise since this is a one-shot. Overall, pretty enjoyable manga. It's a nice, quick read providing adorable art.

Alive review
"Misako...I'm coming over there"
"Alive!" is about a man named Yashiro Tenshuu who killed 5 people and is put on Death row but, is allowed to live if he becomes a test subject from a secret government. They put him and another man named Gondou into this isolated room where they can have anything they ask for but are not allowed to come out of the room. The girl on the other side (Saegusa Yurika) of the room tells them if you want to get over here on my side of the room you have to kill each other. So whoever makes it out "alive" gets to be with her. Who will stay alive? You have to keep reading to find out. There faces...are..so..intense. Haha that's the most remembered thing about the manga to me is that all the characters were always drawn intense and sweating. Overall the art was great and perfectly fitted a horror manga. The characters however don't really make a bond with the reader which is why I gave it a 6. Nothing special but its fun to see what's going to happen to them next. If you want to read something quick and also have a good time reading it Alive! is a must read.

Cerberus review
Pretty much your typical shounen series... but the action scenes seem bloodier (literally and figuratively) and the main characters aren't so bad. It can get better depending on the new characters showing up and the stuff that the hero would need to do.

Fukushuu wo Koinegau Saikyou Yuusha wa, Yami no Chikara de Senmetsu Musou suru review
All you need to know is that this is a revenge manga focused on violence and occasional gore. I'd call it "revenge porn", but that happens to have a slightly different meaning. Revenge gorn, maybe?
In those kinds of works, the protagonist gets an excuse to exact revenge on his enemies, and goes full villain while doing so, and they often include violence, mutilation, sexual violence, and so on. Haven't been a lot of sexual violence in this one, though. Another work of this type is "Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi" which is as bad as this one if not worse. Anyway, the "hero" is nuts, the enemies are nuts, everybody is disgusting creature, and at the same time the author wastes ton of time providing explanation why this brutal action by the villain protagonist is totally justified. So you have a rampaging villain ex-hero protagonist destroying things and killing people while being a total lunatic about it. Breakdown: Story: 2/10 Cheap excuse to have a protagonist slaughter thing, basically. Betrayed hero going berserk on his enemies. The enemies are portrayed as disgusting enemies just so you won't feel sorry for them. Art: 6/10. From what I remember it actually isn't bad, and quite skillfully done, albeit not breathaking. Character: 2/10. Poor characterization through and through. Characters exist to die and get killed by the hero, or to be tortured by the hero, and the hero is totally bonker himself. None are realistically portrayed. ENjoyment: 2/10. Revenge gore porn isn't my thing, and usually I'd want an actual story to enjoy a manga. Overall: 3/10. Not recommended. Unless revenge mangas happen to be your thing. Even in this case I'm unsure about this one.

Pai Long review
Although I did enjoy the story and the bloody fight scenes I was a little disappointed with the final chapter. Felt kinda rushed. The main male character is pretty badass but funny as well especially when he starts becoming "infuriated". On the whole I liked the fast storyline (necer got bored) and the male character's tendency to dress up as a woman occasionally.
