Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria review
tl;dr: A story with a lot of well thought out and interesting concepts but generally weak implementations of them.
This series I felt was a mixed bag in that it had some good concepts and some decent highs, but it also had some awful lows. The first two arcs, which span a volume each, were a solid introduction to a lot of the characters involved. The tone had some dark aspects but it didn’t feel like it was trying to be that heavy and it had some decent comedy. In terms of characters, relationships, etc. it was pretty solid, wherein the relationship between Kazuki and Maria was only beginning to bloom, but had a really solid start. These arcs also had good concepts in terms of mechanics that were implemented in an interesting and intelligent manner with the goal in both instances was to break the mechanics and escape from them essentially. However, how that was carried out was handled in a pretty weak manner that left me far from impressed, so the psychological aspect didn’t feel as strong as it could have been. The third arc spans the third to fourth volume. The tone gets a decent amount darker and heavier, but it still feels like it’s well written and there’s still some comedy. Kazuki goes through a large amount of growth in such a way that the relationship arc between him and Maria starts getting interesting. Most of the stories of the new characters introduced feel solid as well. This arc still has the same issue as the previous arcs, in that it has interesting mechanics to the plot line, and unlike the previous arcs it actually spends a good amount of time just using those mechanics in various ways in an interesting fashion. However, like with previous arcs, the ultimate goal is to break the mechanics and escape from them, and just as before how that was handled felt kind of weak. The fourth arc spans the next two volumes and to put it bluntly I felt it was trash. The tone gets even darker and heavier, but to the point that it starts feeling ridiculous and no longer has any impact. One of the main reasons for that is that the story is equally told from Daiya’s view point in addition to Hoshino’s, and Daiya is a pain to read the thoughts of. I thought he was a pretty interesting and likable character in the first three arcs but that completely fizzled away in this one. He has the cringeworthy type of edginess that just sounds like overtly melodramatic whining to me that really got annoying incredibly quickly. His character arc is in getting over that, but the way it was handled with what was focused on did not work out at all. On top of that he just simply pretty dumb. A core part of this arc is relationship drama involving him and Kokone, and I understand and empathize with Kokone, but Daiya’s actions just make him look awful. In addition, there’s also relationship drama involving Kazuki and Maria, which feels painful and completely pointless, which makes the entire arc even more annoying to read. On top of that, this arc was a battle of wits, but it really wasn’t that great of one with everything involved being incredibly simplistic. Regardless, for some reason this arc involves Hishino and Daiya especially overexplaining everything they do to the point it really feels like things are dragging on. Hence, there wasn’t anything of value to be found in this arc at all but rather it was actually kind of a pain to read. The final arc I felt was a decent amount different from the other volumes, in that other than the epilogue it was solely focused on Kazuki and Maria’s relationship. This involves some background for Maria, but it ultimately all leads to what’s important. There is still a plot line with mechanics that have to be overcome, but the way it was presented felt very different, wherein in other arcs it felt like it was trying to be something cleverly put together, here it felt like it was just various things put together in order to push the story where it needed to go, and honestly I felt that worked a lot better as the author wasn’t really able to pull off the more intricate aspects very well in previous arcs. There were some parts that felt like they were dragging on, but largely I felt that this was well told and wrapped things up really well. To do so it minimized a lot of what happened in the fourth arc, which may have been a bit forced but was definitely for the best. The epilogue was also really intensive and I think very well put together with a really optimistic tone, and in the end, I would have to say despite the series having an incredibly awful arc, the ending left me satisfied with the series overall. As a random note, the illustrations are bizarre. The first volume has a different illustrator from the rest so I understand the illustrations on those being different from the rest, but the rest have a good amount of variance too. The second volume looks pretty different from the third and fourth. And the fourth look dramatically different from all of those, with the characters suddenly looking like they’re adults in their twenties. The last volume brings back the art style form the third and fourth volumes.

Shingeki no Kyojin review
I just finished reading the 4th volume in japanese and all i can say is that this manga is the best I have read. Now I know why it´s at the top of japanese popular manga charts.
The story y very hooking. The art is good but they could´ve elaborated the characters a little more. Enjoyment 100%. Overall I think this is a wonderful series that everyone would like (exept there are a few qweezy scenes). I hope this manga artist has more to come.

Ninja Slayer Kills review
I haven't read the novel or the other manga. I bought this in my bookstore, because it looked cool and a had nothing else to read. The manga looked like it was there for sometime and the minute I started to read it made me confused on whats going on. It really was something I'll tell you that.
STORY 7/10 The story is nothing new. Just think batman but cyberpunk and ninja. ART 9/10 I really enjoyed the art. It kinda reminds me of My hero academia, but more mature. There were some scenes that were to dark and couldn't follow whats going on, but it is a story about ninja so it gets a pass. CHARACTER 6/10 Fujikido Kenji (Ninja Slayer) = Batman DarkNinja = Chuunibyou Yukano Dragon = Boobs Gendousou = Old guy Laomoto Khan = Dr. Eggman ENJOYMENT 5/10 I just read it to fast and saw it as a chore. I like to read the whole volume at once. One positive thing it passed the time while waiting FFXIII to download only 22 hours to go (I have slow internet) OVERALL 7/10 It is a fun read if you have nothing else, but if I see the 2. volume in my bookstore I will skip it. PS. The cover has such a satisfying fell to it

Nekojima 2-choume 22-banchi review
Are you one of those people who dream for Elon Musk to fund genetically engineered catgirls?
After reading this manga you won’t anymore. In the near future, cats have started mutating into humanoid-like creature and started their plan for world conquest by taking over an island, renamed for the occasion as nekojima “the cat island”. Everyone that lived in this island perished under their hands, everyone… except a single family that managed to survive by disguising themselves into cats. The sole remaining option for them is to assimilate into this dystopian society reminiscent of “Animal Farm” and find a way to take their revenge without arousing suspicion and what better way to do so than pretending to be doctors? Poisoning their food with onions or trying to drown them, they will employ many stratagems to regain their liberty Will they be able to eradicate these creatures coming straight from the mind of a mad scientist or will they fail miserably? That’s for you to discover

Isekai Elf no Dorei-chan review
I definitely disagree with Jamada's review. This series definitely knows its market and knows exactly what it's doing. There is no figurative dick sucking, just very literal sex with underaged-looking characters with no semblance of a story in sight.
This series has sex. It is literally hentai. Please read past chapter 8 if you don't believe me. There is nothing going on here. The characters have no character. There is no plot. There is nothing but a fantasy for lonely Japanese otaku to self-insert into. The MC is literally a blank slate with two cute obedient caring elf girls waiting on his beck and call. Even if it's a parody, it fails at being even a bad one. There is no relevant comedy or humor anywhere in this series. There is absolutely no justifiable reason to give this series a high score. Even if you want cute, easy to read material to self-insert into, there are tons of things out there to read, so go read those instead, they're literally everywhere. I can't believe anyone would ever give this series anything higher than a 3, and that's stretching it.

Sora ni Taiyou ga Aru Kagiri review
I really liked and enjoyed this story.
The characters are overall very interesting and the mangakas succeds in writing stories full of twists. the characters are very interesting and the main girl is strong and well developed. I thing this manga deserves to be more famous. What I loved the most is that the characters feelings are very deep and we just want to help them find happiness and convey their feelings to the loved one. The end is surprising but it is not one of those cliches ending and I am sure you will be satisfied with it. I advise you to read it I m sure you will really love this; MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT it wasn't longer and the ending was a bit fast but still in my opinion I really loved it !

Cross Account review
I can identify with many other series where the protagonist is not pouplar.
And due to the event he becomes popular and begins to attract attention of the female protagonists of its history. But being a jonem jump I can not complain about recycled clcihe, I intend to continue reading the work to see how much the characters will develop. I just hope that the protagonists are not one of those dense characters who can not pay attention to the mood of romance around them or deny romantic possibilities because of their unpopular life at school. Dense MC protagonist check Childhood friend check. Shining Knight moment check First love with another girl check. New jump cliche confirmed Probably another 2 girl will show up and form a harem.

Hito wa Sore wo Koi to Yobu review
When it comes to Yaoi or Shounen Ai most people don't even want to watch them maybe because most BL's have sex scenes, probably a lot of people feel unconformable when two guys have sex, they might me fine with kiss scenes just not sex scenes. I do not know why more people haven't read this manga? I may be bias cause i'm a girl but i'm pretty sure that boys read this as well and enjoyed it. The romance is slow between the main characters and they don't even have a sex in it. I'm glad that this manga is set in an all
boys school cause the main characters will never been left alone cause they are both so good looking. Even though this is an all boys school both the main characters are still popular and they have been confessed to multiple times. Tominaga Jun is the first character introduced and he also just transferred to that school while Sakuma who is the 2nd character introduced was there since 1st grade and i'm pretty sure that he never left whatever town he lives in. Overall i enjoyed this manga a lot and i do wish that you guys will check it out :)

YUUSEN SHOUJO - PLUG-IN GIRL review
I liked this manga, it was short and enjoyable. Characters are simple and fun, MC is the genki/baka/chill guy, female lead is cute and reasonable. Story was rushed of course, all the details about everything are left to reader's imagination.
It feels like author had some thoughts about how he would continue to expand plot of this manga, but some circumstance(publisher, probably) left him with no choice but to wrap up his story short. It would be interesting to see his other works. Read if you care more about characters and fun more than complex story and details. Art is simple and cute, sometimes in battle scenes shows good expressive drawing styles. 8/10 for me.
