Frogman is about a boy joining swimming club because of a girl he likes, well it resembles Suzuka but I tell you this that is only where it resembles it. I would rate it lower if it weren't for the art and character of Haruka, the main heroine of this manga. Haruka is passionate in swimming, kind and so cute.

What I don't like in this manga is that the story is not even about Swimming as a sports and also Michiru (main male protagonist) is such a loser, damn. Unlike in other sports manga you will see the development and how far did the protagonist went with that kind of sport. Here in this manga they didn't even enter some swimming competition and till the end of the manga you will not see the development of Michiru, there is no cool factor in him. In terms of romance it is also a failure, because Michiru is so lame as a person and as a guy, so I don't know why Haruka came to like him. It is another manga wherein the Hero does not deserve the Heroine.

Therefore if you are looking for a manga that is sports and romance well this is not for you but if your looking for girls in theirs swimsuits and fan service this is for you.
