This is a very typical story line - poor girl gets into rich school, ends up as maid for the richest, most powerful boy there, they fall in love. But in some ways, its very typicalness is what I like about it (I am a true sucker for this story line!). The story has only 6 chapters (I have read 5, can't find the 6th) and because of this, it moves very quickly. Too quickly really. But it is sweet and gentle, and funny.


This is a purely eye-candy story. Yes. It has pretty boys. It is easy to see the action. And that is as far as it goes. Unfortunately the characters let it down here. The main two are *ok* but the side characters not developed at all. This is a shame, as I believe there could be more humour gained from these.

It was a quick easy read. But there are others, just as short, with better character development that I would try first.
