Sword Art Online: Project Alicization review

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this manga. As a light novel reader, I love this and would 100% recommend this to eveyone, even those who have read the light novel.
Yamada Kotaro did an amazing job adapting the light novels. Even from the first chapter, you could see how he made the story his own and how he adds little touches to make it suit a manga format. (Edit: could be Reki Kawahara supervising the project and him adding the details. I don’t know, but I love I!) Can’t say too much, but the scenery, the relationships between the characters, their personalities, even the atmosphere is so much better presented than the novels. Project Alicization manages to improve on the light novel to create an experience that’s fresh and exciting.
I would like to add: the anime draws heavily on the manga. So if you want a taste of what the anime will look like, read the manga.
