The Story Of A Manga is about A Place When People Dies And Must Fill out A form for Descending to heaven or be reborn or going to hell. (I might be wrong about this one)

the manga got a great backstory. How these People Died, what caused the death of their life.
some have a tragic backstory or some are just a murderer throughout the story.

Well, the Ministry Of Death/Death office comes to help them to decide whether their life descend to heaven, hell, or be reborn again as a human due to their things in their life.

Overall That's what I got to say in this review much longer review will be a spoiler to the manga so yeah
