I was honestly really expectant to read this manga, and it didn't disappoint me. The way the horror and gore scenes are portrayed is amazing and sometimes it was even disgusting (I have no problem with gore but if you are easily triggered by it, be careful when reading this manga).

I love the Higurashi series so much and even though I haven't finished the other manga I couldn't wait to read this one. I think the author did an amazing work here and that Higurashi fans are surely pleased. I actually wished it was longer.

Advice!

If you haven't seen/read the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni series, you shouldn't read this manga because 1- you won't really understand all the plot, 2- Is a huge bunch of spoilers for the actual series and manga.
