As a huge fan of the original TV drama series, I felt that this manga was very similar to the atmosphere of the drama. I could hear Nagase Tomoya speaking when I read Makoto's lines and the e-mails from King were exactly how I'd expect them to be. I was a bit disappointed that some of the characters from the drama were not included, but I suppose it's understandable. It had an overall good story which seems like a missing special from the drama and the characters were just like the drama. (Though, I suppose a person who hasn't seen the drama wouldn't be as impressed with this manga.)

I really enjoyed the way the story built up, and took turns you didn't quite expect. Because of that, it feels so much like the drama.
