Berserk review

A concise description of what I like about Berserk.
Berserk had a shaky start, but quickly flourished into something incredible. Revenge, redemption, war, love, and suffering are some of the main themes offered in Miura's magnum opus - an all-encompassing dark fantasy manga with arguably the most detailed artwork in the entire medium. All done with masterfully written characters and a grand world in which misfortune is rife.
I can understand why many people hold Berserk so highly, as it used to be in such a place for me too. There are very few things in the story that had a negative impact on my opinion of it, but the beginning and current state (363 chapters as I'm writing this) have downgraded my score from a 10 to a 9.
Miura is a genius.
