Seems like the reviews before this are glowing just thought I'd give another opinion: its alright.
Nothing wrong with the art or its style very simple, and it's nice to see colour when you have been seeing black and white for so long.
The story's premise is a good one; the school punching bag is seated next to the new hyper advanced robot programmed and designed to look and act like a human. I'll be honest, I love stories about the relationships between humans and androids and the ethical and moral considerations around them, so I was a little excited about this Manhwa when I found it, I however, found it to be a huge let down.
The story seemed rushed, the characters were too simple, and their actions seemed unrealistic. To sum it up into a few words; I found this Manhwa boring.
Maybe its just me. I see 9, 8 and 10 else where so it is probably just my own preference. If you are looking for a simple story packed with love triangles, unrequited love and robots maybe this story is for you. If however, you are reeling for a story that explores the moral and ethical complications that come with falling in love with androids you best look elsewhere.

How far will science go and will it ever surpass humanity? Can a robot start to feel emotions after being so much like humans?
3 Level Combination is a psychological sci-fi set in a dystopian future, where robots act more humane than humans themselves.
My first thought at the art was eww, it was not the same high class style as a work by the same manhwaka i've previously read. However, the more I've read, the more the style seems to fit the story. The art is an old fashioned type of syle in comparaion to some of the newer style of other manga in its time of creation. The old art style seems to act as irony to the futuristic setting of the manga.
The characters are easily understandable and relatable with common archetypes like the innocent and kind dude, silent bookworm, guy who loses himself to fit into society, the bullies, the bystanders, a mad scientist, the money-over-everything tycoon, etc.
i had throughly enjoy this manga and was quite shocked to see the kind of low rating. It was understandable and a work i easily was able to become sympathetic to.

The story turned out to be so much more darker than I was expecting. It deals with what being a human really means. In this world, robots are, litlle by little, becoming more and more like humans. Can a human love a robot? What is love? Why do we end up hurting the ones we love the most?

The art complements the story very well. The emontions are always conveyed by facial expressions. The coloring also helps to demonstrated the emotions and to set the tone of the story. It was my first time rading an webtoon and I really liked it.

The characters are well constructed and it's easy to identify what are their personalities.

Overall, I can recommend this for anyone that finds enjoyment in a darker story.

Literally, my second korean webtoon I've read.. and it happened to be one of Ha Il Kwons, which is also the author of Annarasumanara, my all time favorite and first webtoon I have read.. I picked up this webtoon just for the sake of time and it happened to be quite interesting.


I kind of like the story. Which is a robot story. It deals with the idea of humans and robots together. Now that I think about it, it's kind of a philosophical/psychological idea of the story. Robot replacing a human, or that sometimes they are what a person need/support.


Art was disgusting. Well, at first. It wasn't all that or was the characters as good looking, especially the main character. At first you'd see like nose drip coming out of his nose and all.. but then I came to notice it was an important thing for the character. It also shows the facial expression of the characters too. Sometimes there were blurring and gradient color which is also really nice. The housing and settings were beautifully drawn/color. Very nice variations of colors.

There was an obvious character development of this story. The MC and the robot really developed something. I really enjoyed this webtoon because of the emotions brought out. There were cases of bullying, outcast, little romance, finding something important to you, and etc.

I recommend this to webtoon readers, or anyone who's bored and is looking for something to read.

Woah man this is legit sad and yet I'm trying to sleep for an intense online exam tomorrow lol (yeah it's doing it's job making me have insomnia great...). Anyways I always felt so sorry for the Hogu character because he's bullied a lot and he doesn't have any friends to relay on. I absolutely hate that Anna character though like she doesn't help Hogu at all while he's being bullied and just hasnt got a likeable personality tbh.

I honestly wanted to see more Vrolet and Hogu like these kids are so adorable together no matter what species they are. People should definitely check out this manhwa!

After reading My Heart Is Beating, I started this one on a whim and I'm honestly glad I did.

Story:
I really liked the story line as a whole; it wasn't as fast paced as others I'd read, but it went at a steady pace which mirrored the steady way that their friendship built as the manhwa progressed. The unique relationship between the two main characters is bittersweet and is very likely to pull a few heartstrings.

Art:
I actually fell in love with the art at first sight - it's so unlike the typical art style you see and consequently it's a refreshing change. The soft and muted colours added to the dream-like feel, and the scenery is beautifully drawn. As a another person mentioned, there are slightly 'icky' aspects which are drawn (eg, snot, puke...etc...) but you soon realise that these all help build up the readers understanding of the character.

For some people, the art can be so different that it's a little off-putting at first, but even if you feel that way persevere with it, because the art and colours compliments the characters perfectly.

Character:
The juxtaposition of the main character and the robot is brilliantly done. I can't fault the character development either, although the personalities of the characters doesn't change much from start to finish, you can see subtle differences. As well as this, the manhwa deals with the sorts of issues that outcasts deal with in a high school environment, it's nice to read a manga where the main character isn't your typical hero.

This aspect links somewhat to the art, but the artist draws the expressions of the characters perfectly that is really adds to the feel of the character. You can really see what the character is feeling just by how the mouth is drawn, or the angle of the eyebrows.

Enjoyment:
I really enjoyed this manhwa, so much so that I read it three times in a week. It's the sort of manhwa you can easily put aside for a moment in order to do something else and come back to. But it's also the sort of manhwa that you have to sit back and think for a while after you've read it - I still think of it sometimes and every time I read it, there's always something missed the first time I did.

Should you read this?/what I liked:
Yes. With it's beautiful art style and gradual build-up to a climax I would recommend this manga who enjoys an unusual romance manhwa without all the 'mushy' stuff that comes with it. But as I mentioned earlier it is bittersweet, despite it having romance in there it's much deeper than a simply high school crush. So I should mention that as well as being a romance, it also hits the tragedy genre on the head.

What I disliked:
I did feel like the ending was a little rushing compared to how steady the manhwa started out like - it sort of felt like there was a slow build up and then everything happened at once and consequently I would have liked to have felt a bit more suspense towards the ending, because of this I rated this manhwa a 9 in total as opposed to a 10. Despite saying this, this is my personal opinion and it could be said that others felt that the rushed ending added to the feel of the manhwa as a whole. But even if I knew beforehand that the ending was a little rushed, I still would have read it because it's so beautifully done and the characters are both engaging.

Triggers:
There are some aspects of this manhwa that may trigger some people; it doesn't list it in the synopsis on any site where you can read this manhwa online and consequently there have been a few people who have been shocked. Without giving anything away, this manwha does deal with bullying (both physically, verbally and mentally) as well as addressing the consequences (both small and drastic) of bullying someone. I just want to put that there in case anyone feels uncomfortable about reading a manhwa that includes aspects like that.
