Kanojo, Hitomishirimasu review
I love Sumi! Sumi is so wholesome. Sumi is a top tier waifu from Rent-A-Girlfriend and was obviously deserving of her very own spin-off!
Read this story for more Sumi!! You can learn about Sumi's struggles in the rental girlfriend business, why she's doing it in the first place, and slowly see her develop!! The story so far (up to chapter 6) takes place before she meets Kazuya and showcases her attempts to be the best girlfriend! Watch it now! - You can see Sumi be shy!! - You can see Sumi be cute!! - You can see Sumi be brave!! - You can see Sumi!! |
Kanojo, Hitomishirimasu review
Being the first Manga that I've actually sat down and read, Kanojo Hitomishirimasu has so far been a really funny and heartfelt read. If you liked Rent-A-Girlfriend, then I'd recommend this manga to you. Sumi is a really sweet and funny character that I personally enjoyed reading about, and I love how this spin-off introduced Sumi's reason for wanting to be a rental girlfriend in the first place. Most spin-off series' don't really work out in media, but this is definitely an exception. It's cute, exciting, and it actually managed to draw emotions out of me in certain parts.
Story: 9 The story is great and I love how it manages to fill in the small gaps left in the Rent-A-Girlfriend anime. Art: 8 Of course, the art isn't the BEST, but it's very unique and pleasing to the eyes. I really enjoy this illustrator's style. Characters: 10 Sumi, Ruka, and Mizuhara all continue to be great characters. Enjoyment: 10 I really enjoyed reading this manga and I plan to continue reading it when more chapters are published, 10/10 |
Kanojo, Hitomishirimasu review
Warning: Diabetic manga ahead
You liked Sumi? Even if you didn´t saw her as best girl, you will enjoy this. The manga objective is to make you understand what Sumi thinks and how she feels at any time coping with her communication problem. Now this is not just a great manga because of that, but is completely and absolutely wholesome. Sumi looks so cute every time, just like she always is in the main story. Also there are some funny moments and funny references you will understand and laugh at. And of course, interactions with other main characters, like Chizuru, Kazuya (in this manga you CAN actually see him as a great MC), Mami and Ruka (she almost kills her lol). Bonus: If you watched A Silent Voice, you will surely remember Shouko everytime Sumi puts a shy face. Completely outstanding. A completely nice read to add the original storyline. This adds Sumi a really nice side we never got to watch, so this is perfect. Story: 8/10 Art: 8/10 Character: 9/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Overall: 8/10 Should you read it? Yes. It´s a nice adding to the story. |
