Trinity Seven: 7-Nin no Mahoutsukai is a combination of Harem, ecchi, comedy, romance and finaly Magic..So basically this is a manga with High harem(ranges from 3 girls to 7girls maximum,ie members of trinity 7) with standard fan service.. SO harem n ecchi lovers this is a manga for u

The most important thing is Kasuga Arata the protagonist of this story is very unique.. He is not a dumb character like always in a harem series(in the sense where he cant recognise which girl is loving him or not)..His Dumbness in Magic can make us laugh and also go WOW..He is too straight forward with all the girls which in turn gets beaten down..The art is a good one.. but the characters are well drawn and all girls are sexy..

The story revolves around Kasuga Arata, a normal boy who lives with his cousin and childhood friend Kasuga Hijiri.. But one day Arata started to notice that the sun was black in colour, and he was the only one to notice it.. After sometime he met with a mysterious girl Lilith Azami who also can see the weirdness of the sun.She told him that he was in a virtual world that he created.. Lilith Azami,a member of trinity 7 who sent by the officials of Magic school to retrieve the Grimoire(a magical item which made the virtual world)..
But Arata decides to join the Magical School since he dont want to end up dead or give away his Grimoire which was given to him by Hijiri

Im not going to give any spoilers..Kasuga Arata transfered to a magic school which was dominated by girls.. he also came to notice that there are 7 girls who excel in magic A.K.A Trinity girls(which may become his harem)..The story gets better n better after each chapter..

Overall Trinity Seven: 7-Nin no Mahoutsukai is a suiper biiiiig Harem with super cute girls with an average story..There is still a long way for this manga to be an outstanding manga..

Hope I helped u guys from my review..Thanks for reading

okay lets make this perfectly clear right away, i don't think trinity seven is bad, not at all, its without a doubt the best harem manga/anime Ive ever seen, its just that its still not that good. i think the problem is with the central premise(this is about harems in general), its possible for more than one girl to like a guy, but for seven of them?! alright even so i guess someone has to be that likable, but for all of them to be okay with him also being with someone else? hell no, and for him to be as boring as harem protagonists usually are?! bull-hell has frozen over-shit. you see the 2 main problem with making/writing a harem anime/manga is that its an essentially unrealistic situation, so the girls cant be too realistic or developed, and since he already has dozens of girls all over him, the protagonist is usually a shy, awkward social reject type, so as not to completely alienate the audience(which lets face it, is men, oh sorry my bad i meant boys/horny teenagers with high tolerance for bullshit). and as such you end up with a show with no likable characters or development or plot.
and now we have trinity seven, a harem that actually tries to have those things...
well lets how that goes...

first of all the plot is nothing too great, its not bad and at least tries to have its own identity creating a world of magic and alchemy that to me at least had some original ideas, however original doesn't necessarily mean 'good', the ideas themselves have some potential and are mentioned frequently but i never reaaally understood how magic worked, nor did i ever feel bothered by that, if i didn't understand its not because it was too difficult, the series just didn't establish it that well and i never felt inclined to go back and read it again, and even though i didn't it didn't seem to mess with the rest of the show too much, you can either take this as a good this or a bad thing, it could either mean that the writer didn't want to bombard us with too many details when we probably weren't gonna pay attention anyway, or that he just established a bunch of stuff and then just forgot, but overall it was okay, it was never too boring and did a pretty good job of making me wanna read the next chapter, while there were more chapters anyway, but now that I'm back to monthly release i realize that a lot of it had to do with something i call 'short burst effect' - when you binge a show and think its great, but then when you're finished and have to wait you realize its flaws.

the characters - now this is the part i feel the readers of this review who already read the manga would disagree(you know who you are, and that's okay i ego-read reviews of shows i already have an opinion on sometimes too) and that's probably because i don't think the main protagonist is that great, hes probably the best harem lead Ive ever seen, but once again, that doesn't mean hes that good. hes good by harem standards but in general I'd say hes pretty generic. the female characters, what about 'em? they have feelings for guy do you really need to know much more? well too bad! I'm joking of course, once again the series tries its best to have more diverse characters and development, but come on, its a harem for fucks sake! even the best development wont be that great cause still all leads to the same thing. there are quite a few of the girls who are more opened about their feelings and it was a breath of fresh air at first, but the ways its conveyed and the characters behavior by the end just came off as repetitive. nonetheless i don't really dislike any of them, I'm either neutral or a bit inclined but no more.

finally the art is nothing too spectacular, it gets the job done, i have some qualms but with art its more a matter of taste so you should probably just Google image search it and see if its your style or not, but if you're lazy than there isn't anything offensive or bad about the art style and i kinda liked it at times.

so let wrap up, kinda generic, some intrigue, some different characters from the usual, some laughs, some action, no drama but you don't really need it, and as a whole - i probably wouldn't recommend it, BUT - if harem is your thing, or you wanna watch at least one, or you can get over the flaws then trinity seven is still by far the best harem i can think of - and i would recommend it.

=TL;DR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE REVIEW=
I came to this manga with a strong heart and a raging erection and what came out of it was just more than a little tease of the tip. This manga itself is amazing and seems to be one that I would recommend anyone who isn't just looking for titties to just read and enjoy.
SCAO Rating system. (Story, characters, art, and overall)

[S]tory
The story is summarized at the description of the web page but basically, our MC, Kasuga Arata lives in a normal town until suddenly, it's not the fire nation, but a Black Sun appears. His life was created in a tiny ass book and now he possess a Grimoire (basically a mage book). The story itself is kind of unique but also has that cliche feel to it and it doesn't make you go wow, but as the story progresss you find that it builds up from that original setting and doesn't abandon it half way. You know how it happened, and they will continue to build on that, rather than giving a story and showing you titties every second page. You start to invision yourself in the story and makes you want to have a sick ass magic book for yourself too.

[C]haracters
The MC is Kasuga Arata and man does it give you one interesting and funny MC. In most cases, the MC in any ecchi manga/anime is one gigantic pussy and will find himself accidentally falling over and landing on big tits or pulling down panties with his mouth but not this one. Kasuga himself EMBRACES his pervertism and this makes him a really enjoyable character and not a cut and paste pussy ass bitch of an MC. The SCs are also very nice, but cliche at the same time, from quiet. flat girl to obnoxious big titties girl. The villians are my main concern though. In short, they have no objective. They have the typical, "I want to destroy the world!" background and it just makes it seem like they are just there for forwarding the story. Although, they are still remotely interesting, but not enough to make me feel like they are any importance to the story.

[A]rt
The art is very nice, especially when it comes to summoning a spell or using a weapon, the artist uses what they can of the page to make it look like it's really coming at you. The environment is also a nice added touch, but it doesn't expand too much on it. The main point of interest is the characters. They all look very unique (aside from the MC) and the instance you see the character you know who exactly it is and what they are like. It's also not too noticable of a difference (i.e Danganronpa characters) that they are the highlight of the page, they blend well with the other characters and it just makes it seem nice.

[O]verall 8/10 Arararararagi-kuns.
I would recommend giving this manga a shot, the anime is nice too but the manga is more well built so to speak. Art is fun and unique, just makes you want to read and look at it more. The manga gives you a nice vibe rather than just skipping through the pages to just look for some fan-service. If you want just pure fan-service, I would recommend reading To-Love-Ru or Rosario Vampire. One of those two will make you do the Full Salute or Rushing Rivers.

=TL;DR=
Fun story, interesting characters, awesome art, a right amount of fan-service and an amazing story to make you want to keep reading.

Sometimes when you want to relax and read some manga which does not require any of your grey matter's work, harem-battle manga definitely helps. They usually don't have a super-twisted plot, but they compensate for it with a great amount of fanservice, ecchi, chuuni and fights. MANY fights. While Trinity Seven certainly tries to be different from other 1000+ similar titles, it doesn't mean it actually becomes good. However it is unique to a certain amount to speak about this manga.

The plot is simple as bread and butter: blah-blah-blah world destruction blah-blah-blah the chosen one blah the magic school. Our "chosen one", Arata, has the potential to wreck the whole planet and thus named the Magic King Candidate. So, you are a Magic King and you are at a magic school. What to do? OH, HELL YEAH, TIME TO BUILD A HAREM!

The harem is actually nice. Titular Trinity Seven are all sexy girls who "like" our main character. They are... pretty sexy, yeah. The characters are not deep, nor shallow, but they fulfill they purpose well. And their purpose is to make Arata shine.

Oh, yeah, Arata. He is not dense, he is a f-ing pervertw who enjoys trolling the girls. Hell, he even has the undressing magic! Arata is the main source of enjoyment in the series: his interactions with the cast are genuinely funny, especially those with our lovely sensei. And his soulmate, headmaster, too. They are great. Characters - that is what make Trinity Seven not shine, but certainly differ from anime and manga about sexy harems. Arata is the guy who deserves the harem.

To conclude:

Pros:
+ Arata and headmaster
+ Character interaction
+ Some good fanservice
+-Fine art
+-Characters are pretty cliche
- Story is very unoriginal

This Manga is in a really awkward grey area. It's somewhere in-between fanservice and plot. What I mean by this is there are manga that are pure fanservice and the plot just gives the story some direction, and then you have regular stories that more of a plot with fanservice to spice it up. This manga feels like it doesn't really excel at either. Nevertheless it is enjoyable.

Story: The story is enjoyable but certainly nothing special. I felt that the concept of how the magic works is interesting, but as it went into detail it felt somewhat cheesy.

Art: Not sure what to say here. I have my preferences when it comes to art and I find the art in this manga to be great.

Characters: It feels like a classic harem, where each girl is getting her own time with the protagonist and gets a bit of character development. The characters feel somewhat generic, but are likable. What is different about the MC that really made a difference in this manga, is that the protagonist isn't dense. He realized he has his own harem going and loves it.

Enjoyment: This is what is the most important. When it boils down to it, enjoyment is what people should be looking for. I find this manga to be fairly enjoyable. I feel that this is your typical harem, but with a decent story. Like I said the magic is interesting, but when they go into detail it feels somewhat cheesy. A rating of a 7.5 is what this manga deserves. It is definitely worth reading, but don't expect this to be a 10/10 on yours list.

I never really write any reviews so this is my first one ever, I try to cover up everything important so lets start. This manga is I think the 67th or 68th I have read so far and to be honest it is hard to be amazad from a new manga when you have read this many, but this one really made it it is a very great piece of work. First of all I can ensure you that every genre that is mentioned is present especially the Comedy, Ecchi, Magic, Romance and Harem Genre is strongly present. When it comes to Harem the MC usually is some inoccent boy who can hardly cope with the Harem situations and often doesn´t know that all the girls want him, another chliche concerning the Harem genre is that the girls all compete for the MC to be his one and only, but in this none of this is actually a problem the MC is constantly sexually harassing the girls with words or puns and the girls are simply accepting the Harem situation and are only competing for time to spent with the MC instead of trying to be his only one.

The characters of the girls are also widely ranged be it the classic Tsundere, Dandere, etc. but also other interesting funny to watch personalities are present. His Harem ranges, at the newset chapter to 10 I think and here comes the best part more than half of the girls in his Harem are Lolis, which is something also very rare. The MCs personality is also very interesting because it´s so different to all the other Harem-MCs out there, constantly making sexually harassing puns a and other boke sketches and also being a badass when it comes to fighting and magic stuff. Another good point with the characters is that they are hardly taking any situation serious at least most of them.

Talking about fighting, the fighting scenes are really well drawn and often really cool displayed. The Magic theme was also used very decent because they really classified the different magic styles and even though i don´t understand yet how it is actually classified in detail it really sounds reasonable. As mentioned earlier with the boke classifying of the MC there are a lot of tsukkumis in this Manga with most of the characters being boke.

The art style is in my opinion really good and also shows a sign of individuallity which is also rather rare out there. The story also revolves quite good always centering the heroines that you think "Hmmm somehow this heroine didn´t had much screen time lately I guess she gets some very soon" and she gets the screentime making it nicely balanced between the different heroines.

Overall this manga is a very good piece of work and probably is going to last at least 40 to 50 more chapters. Hope this review helped you out a little bit, Domrick-C

P.S.: This is a must read for Lolicons ^_^

Trinity Seven is a huge breath of fresh air. Most harems have a hopelessly weak and overly oblivious who is dumber than a scarecrow but somehow managed to get these girls loving him (personally if I were a girl and he was this dense I'd give up) And when you mix in ecchi all it is the girls have amazing figures and the guy being to scared/shy to even look at em. Arata is completely different. He is the strongest character in the harem and he formed the harem instead of the harem forming around him. He also is completely aware of their feelings and will sometimes use those to his advantage. He's also not scared to talk about their bodies and will talk about them while meaning every word of what he wants to do.

The story is pretty original and goes through a nice pace while establishing what needs to be done going on missions. Really no lag time at all and always bit of action every chapter.

I can't say I'm an art critic because to me most magnas look very similar though with a tiny bit more detail than others I'd have to say its very pretty to read.

The characters are really the thing that makes this. As most harems you can have the best story line in the history of the universe, but once you put in some hopeless characters it flops. Even though this harem has more girls than any that I remember seeing they each are completely different and important in their own right. We're also going through an arc that reveals a very heavy past about 2 of the main girls and I suspect they'll do this with the others until everyone has a nice back story. And since everyone usually chooses their favourite girl mines is Liese.

So overall this is a very rare harem that is completely good. There are no lacking characters who just make you want to shoot yourself (Ichika, early Tsukune). And with it only be at an early point (37 chapters at this review) I can see this becoming even better and more popular with every new release.

Trinity Seven: 7-nin no Mahoutsukai, this manga is one of those i found on manga-fox that seemed to appeal to me. I personally am a huge Harem manga lover so I check that section a lot. At the start when I read the storyline of this manga it seemed like a gamble, with the supernatural and ninja theme plus the harem them for me is something big to take in, as they are different in a lot of aspects, and I read a lot of other manga that has the same theme but just couldn't pull off the balance factor.

But for me this manga did the impossible, it has enough of everything. The balancing of this manga is fantastic, it has enough harem scenes and also enough actions even at times both together. The art of this manga is amazing the characters and buildings are drawn carefully to every detail and also the fighting scenes are not too messy so you actually know what is going on in the scene rather than a lot of squiggly lines just appearing out of nowhere. The character is also portrayed very well and has all sorts of different girls with different personalities in it. The story of this manga is simple and easy too get not too much complications. It is defiantly enjoyable with the drama between the characters also there is enough humor in the manga just to keep things interesting while there is a gap in the fighting and the harem scenes.

For me there is no bad things about this manga, the only bad thing is probably it gets released too slow. But to the eye of others i will state some of the problems that it might cause to other individuals. First the story, the story of this manga like i said is very simple, maybe too simple and too focused, there isn't much distraction that gets the mean character off the mean story line and in the most recent chapter it seems close to an end (I might be wrong), so what it worries me is that this manga might end at around 80-90 maybe 100 chapters, unless a new story starts, plus the story meanly revolves around the main protagonist and it should be like that, but some littler story between the girls will not hurt the manga. The art of this manga is pretty amazing too be honest, the only thing that i was a bit hesitant on was the drawing of the eyes and some of the faces of the girls, they seem evil (I know right? My problem). The character of this manga is very typical, it has every personality of harem girls in it and all there personality is typical, now that for me is a good thing i don't mind typical characters, but for some others they might not like it.
