After having finished this manga, I loved it.
It was an emotional roller coaster definitely, however the ending left me a little bit dissatisfied. Please don't confuse this manga and think it's ultimately a love-story like I did, because, like me, the ending won't be as impactful as it should be.
While the ending was a great ending, and there was nothing wrong with it, I just think the mangaka forgot one KEY piece that would've just made my heart melt.
Overall, I give it an 8/10 if the mangaka hadn't forgot just one set of words to say at the very end, this would be a 9. But I understand, my own expectations let me down, and it's my fault. Don't take what I said and let it affect whether you should read it or not, because this is one of the ONLY mangas I can truly say “*Everyone should read this.*” because they should. Now, i'll talk about WHAT the mangaka forgot:

Before you say "of course it's not a love story! it's your own expectations that left you down, that's you're fault!"
Yes, I am well aware of this. However; why didn't the mangaka have Shoya say “*I love you too*”? I mean, the ending would've been perfect (imo) and I would've bumped the score up from an 8 to a 9/10. That's just one person's humble opinion, and don't let it take you away from the manga. Because, it's still beautiful.
