This manga sets up a pretty interesting cast and premise. The sealed power with a protector bit is a bit cliché, but how they lead that up to beginning a war against the rest of the magic world while going on a world adventure is a pretty cool concept. Unfortunately, that's where it ends, right before getting to what would be the meat of the plot. Similarly with characters, it introduced a pretty interesting cast of characters to go on said adventure, but the manga ended before they could be fleshed out at all. This also applies to the combat, wherein they set up some concepts that could develop into an interesting battle system, but never did. Hence, the entire manga felt like a prologue to a manga that could be quite good, but ended before it truly began. Now, because of this, I'm not satisfied with the ending since it leaves everything open, but at the same time, I still enjoyed it up to the end, which is often not the case with rushed ending mangas as they try to come up with some weird ending that tries to wrap up everything super quickly but almost always falls flat. Here the author just kept writing the manga as normal up to the end, and then it just ended. There's no epic finale or anything, but all in all for this type of manga I think this worked out better than what the alternative could be, and hence while ending unfinished is still an issue, it's not as bad as it could be. The art was incredibly good and the comedy was also solid.

A manga that sets up an interesting plot and characters, but ends before really getting into any of them, though it stays pretty enjoyable up to the abrupt end.
