Bijin Kakumei is an absolutely beautiful and heart wrenching short manga.
"Bijin" means beautiful person and "kakumei" means revolution. The title symbolizes the heroines transformation as Yuki blossoms from a fugly girl to a glamorous beauty queen. It shows how much effort she uses to improve her body, and recover from her past scars.

There's a deep significance to this manga. The manga teaches us to look beyond the superficial physical appearance and appreciate inner beauty. This manga is one of my favorites because the heroine realizes that she had someone who liked her all along despite her relentless attempts at changing her appearance. It shows how beauty is skin deep.

The manga is drawn with very detailed artwork. Overall, I would rate this manga a 10/10. It's one of my favorites.
